NASDAQ Dubai is the international financial exchange serving the region between Western Europe and East Asia. It welcomes regional as well as international issuers that seek regional and international investment. It opened in September 2005.
NASDAQ Dubai is one of the world’s largest exchanges for Sukuk, with listings valued at more than $15 billion.
The regulator of NASDAQ Dubai is the Dubai Financial Services Authority. The majority owner of NASDAQ Dubai is Dubai Financial Market with two thirds of the shares and Borse Dubai owns one third. NASDAQ Dubai is located in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
